He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Lee; and his siblings, Joe B. Weir, Ray O. Weir, James Weir and Letricia Bean.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Weir (Akridge); his children, Charles Steven Weir (Marie) of San Diego, California and Rita Jo Seely (Brian) of Hurdle Mills; and his grandchildren, Cecily Weir Jaeger (Andreas), Matthew Steven Weir, Garrett Caelan Weir, Christy Leach (Chris), Karen Diane Sydlak (Michael) and Robyn Seely. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Searcy Children's Home or a charity of your choice in honor of Charles.
