He is survived by: his wife Dixie Brooker (Rowand); his children, Brenda Chappelear (Jay), Blair Sanders Brooker (Lynette) and Cheryl Simmons (Reid); and his grandchildren, Eric, Brett Chappelear, David Blair Brooker, Christyn Henderson and Cami Weaver. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
