He is survived by: his mother Leola Parish (Musgrove); his children, Preston, Jonathan (Katie) and Rebekah; his sisters, Becky (Jerrell) and Sherry (Mark); his stepsons, Denver and Trevor; Leslie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 nieces and nephews, 5 grandnieces and grandnephews.
