He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Thomas Walls, Sr. and Mary Katherine Brown Walls; his wife Vera Kathryn Gaines Walls; his son Buster Walls; and his brother Roger Walls.
He is survived by : his daughter Mary Walls; his brothers, Joe Walls (Linda), Walter Walls, Jr. (Shirley) and Gerald Hugh Gaines (Della); and his grandchildren, Andrea Barrum, Haley Barrum and Amanda Amselmi (Jamie). He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
