She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Houston Pitts and Etna Mae Pearson; her husband Darrell Glenn Canfield; her siblings, Houston Albert Pitts of James Pitts, Joseph Aaron Pitts, Mildred L. Pitts, Evelyn Lucille Wood and Opal Marie Wood; and her grandchild Ryan Edward Potter.

She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Herbert Pitts, Grover Dean Pitts and Roy Lee Pitts; her children, Kyle Glen Canfield (Lisa) and Dee Ann Cole (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Morgan Mariah Potter, Lauren Leslie Potter-Hill (Noah) and Megan Ashley Canfield.
