He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burnett and Alma Burnett Barnhart; his stepfather Ed Barnhart; his siblings, Sandy Moore and Jesse Burnett; his granddaughter Anna Faith Burnett; and his nephew Landon Barnhart.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Burnett; his children, Chuck Burnett (Jennifer), Chance Burnett (Brogan), Michelle Nelson (Keith) and Trina Bostic (Gary); his daughter-in-law April Burnett (Manny); and his brothers, Jeff Burnett (Martha) and Jim Barnhart. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
