She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Leland and Annie Grace Devore; her son Willis Bell; her grandson Alan Smith; and her brother Leland DeVore.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Bell Smith Dobson (Rick), Davis Bell (Jan) and Carloss Bell (Teresa); her cousin Idena Greenwalt; and her grandchildren, Adam Smith, Rebecca Morris (Toby), John Dobson, Greg Bell (Rebecca), Ryan Bell (Sara), Katelyn Skarda (Adam), Jonathan Bell (Alaura), Christine Bell and Robin Bell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Des Arc, the Prairie County Fair Board, or an organization of your choice in Janice's memory.
