He is survived by: his children, Jesse Rayburn, John Rayburn and Elizabeth Evans; his grandchildren, Shelby Rayburn, CJ Evans, Dixie Kelley and David Kelley; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Weir, Janie Watkins and Janice Barnum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
