She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Caldwell and Nora Lee Caldwell Webb; her stepfather Jefferson Warren; her daughter Donna Sanders; and her siblings, Alice Fay Holt, Francis Caldwell, Edward Caldwell, Michael Webb and Elizabeth Newton.
She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne Phillips (Kay) of Rosebud and Shannon Phillips (Tresa) of Beebe; her siblings, Ann Seals of Jonesboro, Connie Holt of Newport and Robert; and her sister-in-law Sally Webb of Judsonia. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
