He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Bowman and Millie Malissa Bowman (Rosebury); and his sister Juanita Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bowman (Speer); his children, Leslie Bowman, Jr., Sara Mings and Kimberly Wilkerson; and his stepchildren, Jimmy Jones, Jr. and Shellye Boone.
