She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Werley and Ella Werley (Richardson); her husband Donald Ray Gustin; her daughter Ginger Gustin; and her grandson Shawn Gustin.
She is survived by: her son Randy Gustin (Amy); and her granddaughter April Tarno. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
