It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Byrd of Searcy, Arkansas, who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Audley Bolton, Sr. and Della Pearl Bolton (Edwards); her siblings, Evelyn Forrest and F. A. "Buddy" Bolton, Jr.; and her husbands, John Ballard and Doyle Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Collins, Jim Burnett (Lisa) of Searcy and Johnnie Schaumleffel (Philip) of Quitman; and her grandchildren, Brian Lee, Fallon Collins, Jimmy Burnett, Heather Reddick, Carrie Martens, Shelbie Chance and Alexander "Xander" Schaumleffel.
