She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thurston and Lorene Easterwood McNiel; her son Larry Ray Killough, Jr.; her grandson James Webb Killough; and her sister Janett McNiel Crain.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Larry Ray Killough, Sr. of Searcy; her children, Dr. Timothy McNiel Killough (Brenda) of Searcy, Dr. Lynley Killough McAnalley (Ed) of Dallas and John Wells Killough (Diane) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Katie Killough, Grace Bradford, McNiel Killough, Dr. Tori Spurlock, Mary Julia Killough, Luke Killough, Rebekah McAnalley, John McAnalley, Christian McAnalley, James McAnalley, William Killough and Emma Killough; her great grandchildren, Stafford, Steven Salmon, Blake, Webb Bradford, Juliet and Caroline Killough; and her sister Cindy Lesley (Danny) of Collierville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
