It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Dacus Homard of Searcy, Arkansas, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Homard of Searcy, Arkansas.; her brother Robert Joe Dacus; her sister-in-law Helen Dacus; her nephew Jeff Dacus; her siblings-in-law, Richard Homard and Margie Brown Homard; and her parents, Robert Lee Dacus and Helen Mae Dacus (Garrison).
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Amy) of Rochester, Terri Genuske (Kevin) of Grapevine, Tracie Lawson (Jehri) of Colleyville and Richard (Cathy) of Cedar Rapids; and her sister Johnnie Ruth Dacus Amonette (Rex). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren with 2 more great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Searcy First United Methodist Church (304 N. Main Street in Searcy, Arkansas 72143, with a phone number of 501-268-5896) with designations to two of her dearest organizations: the First United Methodist Thrift Shop in Searcy, Arkansas or the First United Methodist Women's group in Searcy, Arkansas.
