He was predeceased by: his wife Angie Haley; and his brother-in-law Wayne Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Richard F. "Richie" Haley (Amie) of Searcy, Suzanne Modlin (James) of Searcy, Leisa Benetz (Mike) of Sherwood, Lora Brown (Rocky) of Little Rock, Libby Brown (Keith) of Sherwood and Lydia Carson (Paul) of Cincinnati, OH; and his sisters, Linda Leonard (Larry) of Searcy, Jane Tanner of Searcy and Lenita Haley of Judsonia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to the American Cancer Society in his honor.
