He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kendall and Opal Kendall; and his siblings, Jerry, James Kendall and Carol Plato.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Kendall; his daughters, Tammy Childers (Floyd) of Gothenburg and Trenda Anaya of Perryton, Texas; and his grandsons, Marcus Anaya of Perryton, Eric Kendall of Gothenburg, Vance Childers of Gothenburg and Ace Anaya of Perryton, Texas. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
