She is survived by: her son Donald Castleberry (Jeanine) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Brandy Cook (Jared) of Paragould, Ross Castleberry of Heber Springs and Troy Duncan (Kelly) of Cibolo, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Cook, Madison, Joseph, Zoey Castleberry, Emily, Abby and AJ Duncan.
