He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ray Heard and Viola Potter Heard; and his sister Martha Evans. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Heard; Jack.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the White County Memorial Gardens (604 Eastline Rd, Searcy, AR 72082).
