He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Bryan Tabbetts. He is survived by: his parent Sue Kyzer (Harbin); his siblings, Anthony Cook (Tammy) and Renee Tabbetts; his children, Shawn Cook and Racheal Capps (Scotty); his grandchildren, Michael Cook (Kendra), Kali Cook, Jacob Cook (Shaina), Kara Clark (Dylan), Shawn Cook, Jr., Colton Cook and Travis Cook; his great grandchildren, Korbyn, Adalynn, Waylynn, Jameson, Tanner, Charlie and Bellamy; and his friends, Norma Clark and Gerald Langford. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
