He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Finley and Myrtle "Opal" Finley (Inman); and his siblings, Willis Finley (Rachael), Bernece Stevens (Robert) and Arlene Hodges.
He is survived by: his sister Frances Charping; and his close friend Adelaida Greenwood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, his caregiver.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
