He was predeceased by : his parents, William L. Davis and Naomi Drumwright Davis; his wife Charlotte J. Davis; his sister Martha Davis Hill; and his son John P. Davis.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cassie Chun (Bill) of Powell, Jane Mote (Dean) of Jonesboro, AR and Sunni Herbruck (Matt) of Lafayette, CO; his grandchildren, Kelsey Cellar (Adam), Will Chun, Aidan Culkin, Colby Mote (Jillian) and Maya Herbruck; and his brothers, Bob Davis (Karen) of Searcy and Jim Davis (Barbara) of Sherwood, AR. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
