He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Ralph Rainwater and Bessie Heron Rainwater; his brother Robert Rainwater; and his siblings-in-law, June Rainwater and Neal Magee.

He is survived by : his siblings, John Rainwater of Sheridan, Mary Magee of Sheridan and Pauline Steele of Bryant; and his sister-in-law Peggy Rainwater of Sheridan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (2686 US-167, Sheridan, AR 72150). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
