With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Carter of Sheridan, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Faber Carter and Geraldine "Gerry" Sims Carter; and her sister Charlotte Carter. She is survived by: her caregiver Andrea Packer; her sister Carolyn; her brother-in-law Jim Wright; her niece Jeri (Josh Sutter); and her pet Rascal.
