He was predeceased by: his parents, Alison Crutchfield and May Kennedy Crutchfield; and his siblings, James Crutchfield, Zula Bird, Zelma Highsmith, Dorothy Atchley and Helen Lipscomb.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Wells Crutchfield of Sheridan; his children, Dale Crutchfield (Evelyn) of Sheridan and Eva Fuell (Scott) of Prattsville; his sister Betty Tapley of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Rachel Mooney (PJ), Carrie Pruitt (Cody), Jamie Fuell (Craig Sharp), Wesley Crutchfield (Kellie), Thomas Fuell, Richard Shelly (Ellie), AJ Goodman (Breanna), Silas Goodman and Caroline Goodman; and his pet Millie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
