He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Thural and Ann Sides Crutchfield; and his brother Kim Crutchfield. He is survived by: his sisters, Suni Suttle (Eddie) of Summers, Jeri Crutchfield of Little Rock and Meri Crutchfield of Little Rock; and his sister-in-law Myra Crutchfield of Sheridan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
