He is survived by: his wife Libby Hatch Bennett; his daughter Lynley Johnson Bellomy; his grandchildren, Easton and Ryleigh Bellomy; his brothers, William Edgar Bennett, III (Jeana) of Meridian and Bart David Bennett (Leslie) of Bryant, Arkansas.; his siblings-in-law, William Chris Hatch (Angela) of Lake Village and Ginger Hatch Abernathy (Robert) of Bryant, Arkansas.; his nieces and nephews, William Brandon Bennett (Brittany), Bonnie Bennett Holloman (Alex) and Annalise Robbins; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ridge Durrant Bennett, Collins Watt Bennett, Presley Ann Holloman and Patton Rose Holloman; and his close friends, Bruce Bellomy and Renee Hollis.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM.
