Ola Kate Wells Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 84, Ola Kate Wells of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Northum and Hazel Northum; her aunt Naida Tyndall; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Crutchfield and Jan Northum.
She is survived by: her son Ryan Edward Wells (Heather Marie Wells); her husband Henry Wells; her granddaughter Fionella Wells; and her siblings, Walker Northum, Jim (Debbie Northum), Mary (Bill Webb), Thelma Crutchfield and Norma (Gerald Winston). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In honor of her love of church, libraries, books, and children, memorial gifts may be made to First United Methodist Church in Sheridan, the Grant County Library, and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (donate.imaginationlibrary.com).
