He is survived by: his wife Bonita MacNeill (Stoops); his children, Bonnie Fitzgerald (Rick) of Sheridan, Penny Dougan (Frank) of East End and Oddie MacNeill (Trish) of Memphis, TN; and his brother Donnie MacNeill of Florida. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
