He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Allen and Edna Earle Swafford Allen; and his sister Leonette Walls. He is survived by: his wife Judy McCullar Allen of Sheridan; and his children, Jody Allen, John Allen, Wendy Pitts, Heather Lucas, Nora Harbin and Marissa Allen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
