He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel McDougal. He is survived by: his wife Christy McDougal; his daughters, Victoria Easley-McDougal (Kien) and Katie Dockery; and his granddaughter Kaydance Crosswhite. He is also survived by Two Nieces, a nephew, extended family.
