She is survived by: her children, Garland Worthen (Toby) of Sheridan, Arkansas, Lawrence B. Worthen (Barbara) of Sheridan, Arkansas, Donna Knight of Sheridan, Arkansas and Elizabeth Smith (Gary) of Sheridan, Arkansas; and her sisters, Mildred Brasher, Betty Welch, Martha Moltz and Kathy Reichenbach. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends.
