He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fish Terry of Sheridan; his daughter Elizabeth Spurlin; his son-in-law Brad of White Hall; his sister Connie Brooks of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Mark Spurlin and Lindsey Spurlin. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
