She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Cecil Murray and Ruby Mitchell Murray; her husband William Rainey Jr.; and her son Dr. William "Bill" Rainey. She is survived by: her grandsons, Walker Rainey, Tyler Rainey and Cole Rainey; her siblings, Franklin Murray and Mary Cathryn Wilbern; her great grandchild Maggie Rose Rainey; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Rainey.
A vigil service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of St. Joseph Catholic Church (412 W 6th Ave, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
