He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Jackson and Etta Costello Stover (Reed); his son Dennis Stover; and his siblings, Carl Stover, Elbert Stover of Earl Stover, C. J, Claude Stover, Rupert Stover, Eva Sue Ashcraft and Sara Sowrheaver.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Stover (Files); his daughter Pam Black of Gravel Ridge; and his grandson Alex Black of Gravel Ridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bayou Meto Baptist Church (26200 AR-107, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the Gravel Ridge Community Cemetery.
