Johnston; his wife Anita Johnston; his children, Kristen Hamblin (Chris), Michael Johnston (Alexius), Michele Fordyce (Joey) and Matthew Hodges (Gina); his grandchildren, Talin, Bentlee, Skyler, Jaxon, Luke, Maddox, Aspyn, Audry and Axel; his siblings, Mario, Joe, Carol and James David; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Amber, Cheyenne, Isabella, Nick and Mickey. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
