He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Henry and Dorothy Harper-Wilson; and his brothers, Ruben Harper, Jr. and Romulous Henry (Sandra Pearson). He is survived by: his children, Chiquita Chanay and Faheem Munir; his granddaughters, Ruqayya and McKenzie; and his sisters, Brenda Harper-Charles, Sharon Harper, Rena Harper, Robyn Ollison, Lisa Cork (Malik) and Lori Ben. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
