She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Cothern and Claude Cothern (Strickland). She is survived by : her children, Deborah Farley Houck (Mike), Larry Farley, Gary Farley and Terry Farley (Reina); and her grandsons, Phillip Chism, Josh Chism and Corey Farley. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
