He is survived by: his wife Linda Jane Lipsey; his children, Matthew James Lipsey (Rachel) and Sarah Michelle Johnson (Joshua); his grandchildren, Meredith, Russell and Reagan; his brother Charles Edward Lipsey (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Dianne Ramsey (Kenny) and Haskel L Underwood, Jr. (Shelia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, plus a slew of relatives.
