He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucy Evans and Pliny Evans; his children, Lucy Johnson Evans, Mentor (Norman Satterfield), Wayne Moore, James Victory and Tonya Evans Hiland (Matt Hiland); his grandson Evan Hiland; his stepson Perry Shock; his sister Sherron Diane Evans Figallo (Joseph Figallo); his nephew Joseph Evans'Jef'Figallo; his close friend Barbara Jayne "BJ" Mann; and his caregivers, Lindsey, Aide Esperanza, Hope, Chaplain Barry, Armenda, Mendy, Mandy, Samantha, Nicole, Lili and Liliann.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Brockington Church of the Nazarene (9860 Brockington Rd, Sherwood, AR 72120).
