With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Neil Claxton (Sherwood, Arkansas), who passed away on May 18, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Coy L. Claxton and Iwana Claxton. He is survived by : his wife Johnnie B Claxton; his sons, Alex L. Claxton and Robert L. Claxton (Nycole); his grandchildren, Noah, Robert T, Connor, Dillion, Madison and Rylee; and his sisters, Jennie Claxton Miller and Jeanie Claxton. He is also survived by nieces, great neices and nephews, and a great great nephew.

A separate graveside service at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Independence County on 15 July at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Pleasant Valley Cemetery PO Box 394 Cushman, AR 72526.
