He is survived by: his mother Joan Bolster; his wife Mary "Lody" Phillips; his daughter Madison Phillips (Malachi Pointer); his grandson Atreus Pointer; and his siblings, Brian Phillips (Michelle), Lori Lindsley, Steven Phillips (Marian), Terry Wood (Heather), Ashlee Phillips and Stevie Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
