He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jehu Bell and Aletha Mae Bell; his former wife Bonnie Sue Reeves Bell; his daughter Heather Bell; his wife Wanda Mohon Bell; his siblings, Johnny Bell, Billy Bell, Tommy Bell, Maudia Bell Hammock and Margie Bell Welch; and his son-in-law Randy Rogers.

He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Bell and Kimberly Bell Rogers; his stepson Russell Rowe; his sister Jeanie Bell Hutcheson; his brother-in-law Barney Hugh Reeves; his grandchildren, Brandy Rogers-Faught (Steve), Natalee Bell Ainsworth, Jason Rogers and Tyler Rogers (Miranda); his stepgranddaughter Madison Rowe; his great grandchildren, Karah Rogers, Hadlee Rogers, Magnolia Rogers and Juniper Rogers; and his nibling Nub. He is also survived by his family, friends.
