He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fraley and Louila Fraley; and his siblings, David, Mona and Genie.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Fraley; his sons, Daniel Fraley (Crystal) and Patrick Fraley (Gina); and his grandchildren, Owen Fraley and Kailyn Fraley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to the Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church mission fund or music fund.
