He is survived by: his wife Debra Johnson of Sidney, Arkansas; his children, Tim Johnson of Sidney, Arkansas, Tracy Donahue (Michael) of Horseshoe Bend and Lisa Hurtt (Tim) of Salem, Arkansas; his sister Lauri Johnson of Florida; and his grandchildren, Ryan Vaughn, Robert Vaughn, Garrett Dietsche, Olivia Wilbanks and Abby Dietsche. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
