He is survived by: his children, Jason Garrett of Arkansas, Sheena Wagoner of Oklahoma, Jessica Garrett of Arkansas and Tyler Garrett of Colorado; his stepson Derek Burns of Oklahoma; his nephew Scott Ivey of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Haley, Makenzie, Kylee, Peyton, Madison, Colin and Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
