She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert W. Luther and Mae Eva Luther; and her brothers, William Glenn Luther (John Herbert Luther) and J. D. Chastain. She is survived by: her children, Doug Chastain (Tammy) of Siloam Springs, Bryan Chastain (Theresa) of McMinnville and Lila Muchow (Walter) of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
