He is survived by: his wife Jill Humphrys of Cincinnati, Arkansas; his parents, Marie Humphrys and Tom Humphrys of Springdale, Arkansas; and his sisters, Rizzel Teague (John) of Springdale and Regina Grimes (Dave) of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and 3 children.
