He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Compton and Marilyn Mapes (Holcomb). He is survived by: his wife Annette "Dawn" Compton; his daughter Cassandra; his granddaughters, Patricia and Holly; his sons, Joshua, Jeremey and Shane; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Lia, Noah, Skyler, Cali, Lucas, Marek and Gunner; his siblings, Susie Bradley, Gary, Joey, Vincil, Matthew, Alan, Calvin, Lowell and Brandon; and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
