He is survived by: his children, Madison King (Grant) of Centerton, Arkansas, Rylee Rutherford of Kansas, Oklahoma and Russel'Mac'Rutherford of Kansas, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Levi King, Charlie King and Nelson Maddan; and also Belinda Reed (Donald) of Siloam Springs.
