He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward Welch (Kelly Welch) and Elizabeth Irene McNail; and his grandchildren, Natasha Dawn Welch, Kendra Renee Welch, Lacie Rae Meskus and Caylen Edward Harris. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
